Despite the previous review, I didn't find the art "boring." The Ney museum is located in Ms. Ney's former home which enhances the the wonderful atmoshpere. A quiet refuge in busy Austin, don't miss it! more

This museum would be most interesting to Texas history buffs. Nearly all of the sculptures are busts of important historical figures--either from Europe or Texas. Although seeing bust after bust gets a little boring, the beautiful setting of this museum breathes life into the art inside.
