The ferris wheel is neatly placed on the top of the Hep Five building. It actually chops the top few floors in half. I'm not so sure the 500 yen was worth paying for the high-up city view, though, since it's really just a bunch of buildings in all directions. I more-or-less just did it to say I did it.... more

This big ferris wheel sits atop of the Hep 5 department store near Umeda JR station. Its worth going on just for the excellent view of Osaka and a bargian for only 500 yen (aprox $5) where other tall building charge more for high rise views and are not as fun!
