I would suggest that you take one of the package tours that are readily available through flyers at the Puerto Princesa Airport....in my case, we took Ellen's Travel & Tours....hotel pick up is around 7:00am and it's about 2.5 hours drive from Puerto Princesa to Sabang....half of the travel time is on good road conditions...the rest is an adventure ride!... more

Worth the trip. Our tour van got stuck in the mud twice getting there. It rained the night before. My white clothes were permanetly ruined from the red dirt mud which I sustained from pushing our stuck van. I highly recommend this tour. more
