An essintial museum to visit to understand the extreme difficulties that Riga and Latvia faced during the 20th century under Soviet and Nazi occuppations. If you visit Riga then spend an hour or so in this museum that shows how life was for lavians. The building is ugly, but the inside is really interesting and moving. more
