This is a beautiful church and very befitting as the final resting place for the architect of Rome. It's not featured in regular guides or must see list. I wouldn't have found it if I wasn't staying at a hotel in the area. The entrance is round the back from Cavour, the exterior is rich in detail. more

we walked here on our way from the colliseum en route to the spanish steps - it's easy to find, no admission fee, not too crowded and of course, amazing church. more

Most people skip this wonderful church ..yes it is out of the way but it is as beautiful as St Peters but not as big with a lot less crowds!!! It was awesome and there is a supermarket across the street. Take any bus up the via nationale and walk east to the church and shop along the way ..... more
