This is definatelty a must see in Barcelona. Some guide books say it has been turned into offices but you can now go inside and take a look around with an audio comentry! It is fantastic inside and out ! but remeber take your CAMERA it is such a great building! more

Casa Batllo has an tiny elavator, so it loans a narrow-width manual wheelchair to visitors with mobility impairments. more

Casa Batllo was really the highlight of my trip, along with La Sagrada Familia. I didn't even know it was open for tours and only expected to see the facade. But the tour (while expensive - 16 euro for the inside, courtyard, attic and roof) was phenomenal! I think it's better than Casa Mila, certainly more whimsy, more fantasy. Expect... more

Designed to look like a serpent and Frank Lloyd Wright's nightmare. Hardly a straight line to be found. La Pedrera pales in comparison. WE LOVED IT! more

Casa Battlo exceeded expectations. The eyes are seduced by wild shapes and colours and so much of the materials were specifically manufactured by artisans to Gaudi's specifications. The entire building can now be visited and while the rule is "no cameras" there was plenty of opportunity to take pictures particularly of the stunning roof shapes. I got some great shots... more
