Good pub... but very crowdy and noisy on Friday and Saturday nights. The service is really good and kind and efficient and the athmosphere is a hundred times better than in the pub for "young wannabees" across the street. Nevertheless, in this area I personnaly do prefer the "Market Bar" but the Long Hall is definitly a very good adress... more

Superb hostelry, far enough away from Temple Bar to dissuade the Hen and Stag parties. Busy in the evenings so get in early. Other times it's nice and quiet and just right to have the craic with the locals or read the paper. One of the best pints in Dublin as well and no blaring, piped music. Not to be... more
