La bodeguita is a franchise run by the Cuban Ministry of tourism, a very creative way of benefitting from the worldwide interest in Cuban music coming from the success of the Buena Vista Social Club. They have a live band playing traditional music. I went to the Guadalajara branch. Their food is excellent but pricey, the Mojitos are the BEST.... more
