I booked this trip with Wotif.com and it had a no cancellation policy. I was looking forward to the short trip since it was my birthday. Of all the places I've been and all the properties I have stayed at I have never been treated so badly, or with such dis- respect. I am a travel agent so the staff should have been trying to sell their hotel to me so I then recommend it to clients.... and I will never go back and never send... more
