Takes you back to the time prior to the Civil War. Puts into perspective the conditions slaves had to live in. The historic value of this site is awesome. Who knew that an african american would be a slave owner. Beautiful site. more

My wife and I visited 1171 for the first time this evening and everything was absolutely delicious. This was the best dining experience we have ever had, HANDS DOWN. We will most definitely be dining there again soon. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys wonderful tasting cuisine. The staff was extremely courteous.
