Just opened May 08'. Nice Oasis in the middle of nowhere. Epitomy of what all Hampton Inns should be. Nicely appointed room, very comfortable mattreses, very clean. Free morning breakfast and wi-fi. Nice touch of marble and mahogoney in bathrooms. Flat screens, with Direct tv. more

The Hampton Inn in Rawlins was a pleasant surprise. Price was good. Hotel was only two months old! Great pool & hot tub, and good variety of exercise equipment. The beds are wonderful! Breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold items. Good value, and a great night. more

We went to Taco John's for a quick bite to eat. My older brother said it had been good when he had gotten one in South Dakota, but the food was absolutely TERRIBLE! The food was cold! We arrived at 8:30 PM and were seated promptly. Service was excellent, the restaurant was clean, and the food was definitely above average, had generous portions, and was priced right! We enjoyed the summer rolls, pad Thai and the Massaman curry. Next time we're in Rawlins, we'll go back. more

Taco John's serves a great taco, especially if you get the chicken or steak. I was expecting a Taco Bell quality taco and to my surprise received strips of quality white meat chicken and decent steak. This place blows Taco Bell out of the water, and for fast food is your best choice. more

This was one of the worst experiences in a restaurant ever. The food was cold. It had almost no flavor. The hot sauce tasted like canned tomato sauce. We ate here a year ago and had to stop to get some of the Honey Pineapple Chicken as we drove through in June 08 this year as well. It is a very good dish, the other dishes we had were good as well. Price is reasonable. Good choice for ordering delivery to your hotel in Rawlins. more

This Hampton Inn was the best! It was probably the nicest one I've ever stayed in - very new. I called the Holiday Inn Express across the street to get their rate as well, and it was much more expensive than the Hampton, but I can't imagine it could possibly be any nicer! more

property looks ok from the street...office smells of curry...room was price negotiable but when you look for a bargain we got a room that wasnt very clean at all. dont look behind the phone table..we seen renmant of drugs..the bathtub had dirt rings and we made the upmost mistake of looking between the mattress...we cant print what was there...next time... more
