Stayed at this hotel for a stopover while on the road. As discussed in other reviews, this place is brand new and looks very very nice. Lots of modern ameneties and decor in the lobby and rooms. Flat-screen tv's stand out. Nice bathrooms (The complimentary soap, shampoo and conditioner bottles say "Scrub," "Wash," and "Tame" instead of the usual labels.... more

Our experience of the inn was sterile and cold. It had no warmth in its design or in the interactions with the owners who were obviously new to inn keeping. The first I noticed is the art deco style of the inside of a train or station. The food is made fresh to order. You can choose how you want your burger done. Better than Culvers and they serve adult beverages. more

This litle gem is currently under new management by a family who really care about the comfort of their guests. Having breakfast (yoghurts, juice, pastries) in the parlor room was more like staying in a B and B and the owners and their two young daughters couldn't have been more charming. Leinenkugel's generally doesn't make good beer. They don't offer anything like the Big Eddy IPA on the tour, but only beers widely available available throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin.
