Stayed for two nights from Sunday 17th Aug - Mon 18th Aug 2008. Arrived at 13.45pm on Sunday. Couldn't check in until 3pm unless we wanted to pay a £10 early check-in fee. We didn't so took our luggage back to car (which is on level 9 of the adjacent car park, the same floor as travelodge reception). Went for... more

Myself and some friends recently stayed at this hotel whilst visiting the british international motorshow. Firstly on arrival they had messed up our bookings and we were informed by the very rude receptionist that we had no rooms booked!!!!, we tried to explain we should have, and even showed the booking confirmation, but were still told our rooms had gone.... more

I stayed here from 7/7 - 10/7 2008. I booked this hotel via a web site back in November along with a hotel in Rome. Had no problems in Rome, but this hotel had not kept my booking, citing problems with my card which they tried to access back in November, although I was assured this would not happen, still... more

My wife and I Stayed five nights, old house converted to a hotel with the expected inter room noises. Occupants of room above seemed to pad about all night, bit of a pest. Otherwise clean, good breakfast, secure, TV and coffee etc. Well worth the price. more

Woodville Guest House

As soon as me and my partner walked into this 'hotel', i knew what sort of place it was to be. It was supposed to be luxurious, but was full of tat! Carpets straight out of something from the 70's had seen better days. The bathroom and toilet was a floor below us, what a joke! We were tiold we... more

Booked 3 nights at this hotel and what a disgrace. everything on there website is lies. the hotel was filthy. The website says Luxury, yet i couldnt find anything that would indicate this. The Bloke who calls himself the manager was rude whereas the owner was ok. we stayed for 10 minutes and it may have been shorter, we spoke... more

Having stayed at both many budget hotels and good hotels alike I generally rate my stay by how comfortable the stay is. The hotel is in a good location in Ilford town centre, next to a Cineworld cinema. We booked 4 rooms for a family function. Each room was at the front of the hotel which was on the main... more

I stayed in the Rossmore because every other hotel in the area was fully booked at the time! i wished i had now slept in the van! First thoughts when entering my room were, why is my corner bath situated next to my king size bed? The room was dirty and smelt funny with an aroma of cigarettes, i counted... more

Myself and my partner went to london for a long weekend and stayed in this hotel. I booked online a couple of weeks in advance and got a family room (double bed, and bed sette) for £25 per night. Was working in Stratford and was therefore booked into the Ilford Travelodge. A few semi-issues that for the visit were not a problem due to the length of stay and the fact that the hotel is budget. The room itself was a family room on the third floor and as I was travelling alone, I had plenty of space. There... more

For those who have traveled to London, you may find that the American $ does not compare to the pound. 2 to 1 is the basic rate. As a family, I was trying to save some money by booking a room outside the city. I figured we would only be in the room for sleeping and showering. After all, we... more
