Awful...the room smelled moldy, the elevators were hot and stuffy. The pool was old and crowded - people smoking poolside. Children's pool slightly green and just plain gross! Pool towels were pathetic and thin. My husband and I felt like we were staying at the armpit of Hilton Head Island! more
