We stayed in Vegas for a total of 6 nights so for the last 3 nights we wanted a non casino based hotel. This hotel seemed perfect for our needs. nice location on the strip but not worth staying there... 3 nights over there was a nightmare .... very poor service from the bell desk, check in/out, housekeeping ... even found a dog poop in the room .... could u believe it?... they don't even took it very professionally..... wish my 4 days vacation in other hotel..... more

Put simply, I go to Vegas a ton since I live in LA and it's only a 4 hour drive. I think my upcoming trip over memorial day weekend will be my 5th or 6th trip this year and 2008 isn't even half over! I've stayed at many strip hotels and the only one that trumps the Palazzo as far... more
