This is the best Holiday Inn Express that I've been to yet....and I've been to a bunch of them! Almost 50 nights in a year!!! The staff here, from front desk to breakfast hostess...all top-notch. All Chick-fil-a's seem to be pretty good, we just happen to come to this one the most. The food and service is always great; there is sometimes a wait since it is in the mall but the one time it was a LONG wait a worker gave me a card for a free sandwich, which I thought was definitely sufficient.... more
