Arrived late to find that I had booked a hotel of the same name on the other side of Florida. However the Manager called the other hotel to explain the situation and managed to arrange for a refund of the deposit paid previously. Amazed as this would never happen in UK. Dont waste your money!!! We had heard so much about this place we had to go, 4 adults 2 children and a baby. We asked for Blackened Grupa to be told they had none, then all of a sudden once the waitress realised we were from Britain they had 4 available. So we ordered 2 , 1 steak and 1... more

Went here while on vacation and after paying for a over priced locker and then getting shoved and pushed aside by kids running wild(even though they say no running no one watches there kids any more and the life guards don't enforce the rules anyway.
