Visited this restaurant a few days ago after reading the reviews on here and here's what we thought. 1. It's not half the price here as other reviewers have mentioned, it's quite expensive along with everywhere else in Padstow. Gin and Lemonade was £4.80 and it wasn't even a brand name Gin like Gordons!! Ale was £4 for a bottle.... more

A lovely, peaceful place to stay with thoughtful touches everywhere from the Fairtrade coffee, chilled water, wine and cake in your room to the gorgeous breakfasts. Mike and Mary who run it, "get" what stressed city dwellers want from a short stay and deliver! I would reccomend this to anyone, its clean, pretty and 100% perfect. more
