hotel staff are really poor with service pool is nice but never all inclusive is just simply not all inclusive it full board with drink soft drinks and beer only no cocktails. i would adives everyone to pay a litttle extra for a dirrerent hotel. you will only end up spending alot more because the food is terrible service terrible... more

I was very disap[ponted in this hotel. I stayed here from 16th to 11th July 2008 with my son as part of our recent holiday in Egypt. Whilst the hotel has some excellent facilities there are there are some key problematic issues in my view that need to be resolved if the hotel is to meet its 4 star plus... more
