I found Manizales an amazing city. It has about 400,000 population and is kept very clean. Probably the safest city in South America, located in the mountains in Juan Valdez coffee country in a cool climate. About 50,000 students study at the 7 universities here.. Pereira! wow, I was born there, this small city in Colombia has been so famous for being the Capital of Department of Risaralda (state).
