We were impressed by the clean and warm rooms. Some rooms are not particularly quiet due to the thin walls. When we arrived, we were greeted with a cold reception and absolutely no help with our bags. During our stay, it seemed the owners were never around. We witnessed two people trying to find the owners in order to pay.... more

My husband and I stayed at this hotel last month for four nights and absolutely loved it. The rooms and amenities within the hotel are very comfortable and clean. Our room had its own fireplace and an amazing view of the lake. The hotel is about 2km from the centre of Pucon and it takes about 15-20 minutes to walk... more
