Just got back from Dominica. Went there to dive. Stayed at the Anchoage Hotel. If you are looking for a fine hotel with lots of amenities, don't stay here. It was fine for us...clean, friendly, but not the Ritz. That would be downtown in Roseau, at The Fort Young Hotel, which also has a dive center. The Anchorage was a... more

The view is SPECTACULAR. The rooms are spacious, clean and bright. Very reasonable prices. Excellent service and knowledge of the island. I plan to return. more

Lovely Hotel with high standard of rooms and facilities, but still retaining the warm feel of a smaller establishment. Owners were really nice people - extremely helpful and very friendly. Rooms were large, attractive and well equipped. Incredible view, especially from the upper floor - where you can have a delicious breakfast overlooking Picard, Portsmouth, the bay and the Cabrits... more
